As a private academy with little to no state support in its initial years, the Academy has established a trust. The Trust’s main purpose is to invest the funds generated through income-generating activities into purposeful ventures that will cover any shortfalls in the Academy’s administrative costs, contribute to the upgrading of Academy equipment and resources as well as the provision of partial merit-based bursaries and scholarships from the second year onwards.
Parents and donors may contribute to this non-profitable trust. Plans are underway to obtain Section 18(a) Tax Exemption so that donors may enjoy the benefits of tax-deductible donations.
No Trust bursaries are made available to students within their first year of studies. We encourage students to seek personal sponsors or take creative initiatives in raising funds for their education. Sample sponsorship letters and guidance will be offered to shortlisted and prospective candidates. Please do engage the school for guidance in this regard. This is a key learning opportunity in the life of an entrepreneur.
